Your roll is determined by your bet transaction hash:
First 5 chars of TX hash → number (0-99)
The first 5 characters of the transaction hash are treated as a hexadecimal number (base 16) and converted to a number between 0-99.
Converting formula: parseInt(hash.substring(0, 5), 16) % 100
If roll < your target → You Win!
